PRESMO

It is a plan to stimulate motivation for learning languages among employees and to practice their professional activity among trainers. The dignification of the profession and the acceptance of its high qualification will be worked with the trainers. The maintenance of the motivation for a higher benefit and progress in the linguistic competence together with the employees will be arranged.

Characteristics

In PRESMO the challenges and principal actions which have to be realised will be identified in order to sustain the motivation for learning among students over the years and for professional improvement among the trainers.

The plan also works about the promotion of the autonomous learning model, because it is a methodology which is a little bit unfamiliar to the employees and rejected in advance without knowing it very well. Important efforts will be dedicated to identify the reasons for this rejection.
