Plan C- PRO

It is a professional qualification plan of the linguistic capability services providing companies which is divided into six actions in order to improve the competence of the language trainers.

Characteristics

The actions of the C-Pro Plan are as follows:

Design of the training schedule of the sector: Diagnose of the training necessities and design of a training schedule of the sector of the linguistic capability services providers.
Development of the transversal plan: Training schedule of the sector for transversal occupations (administration, quality, accountability, and leadership) of the sector of the providers.
Modulated plan of the professional development of the staff developers of Lingua Empresa: Specific plan for staff developers who practice the profession in Navarre in order that they acquire the specific professional competence for linguistic capability with professional aims. The duration will be approximately 75 hours which will be given in monthly part-time attendance modules.
CENCAP Lingua Empresa: It is a course of national specialisation for the linguistic capability with professional aims. It is offered at a national level, will have duration of approximately 150 hours and will be addressed to linguistic staff developers. The main objetive is to transfer the pedagogic model which is promoted in Lingua Empresa to the whole national territory.
PIL Lingua Empresa: It is a project of work insertion. It is a pilot action of professional qualification of young holders with the aim to attract and specialise them in the design and application of linguistic capability ways with professional aims for the company.
INPROFE: Pilot programme of a temporary interchange of staff developers among professionals who practice the profession in Navarre together with other countries.
