LILAMA
The LILAMA project is a European network for the promotion of the linguistic capability politics with professional aims in the company. It features three action lines: Creation of a stable investigation and study group; development of an observation ward of Good Practice and successful experience, and spread of these good practices.
It is a project which will serve as a support to the totality of the actions of Lingua Empresa.
Characteristics
The specific objective of LILAMA is to design active linguistic capability politics with professional aims for the company of the Labour Administration.
The services which will be developed by LILAMA are as follows:
- Creation of a permanent observation ward for the identification and spread of Good Practices in the field of the linguistic capability with professional aims for the company
- Creation of a European reference model for the design of linguistic politics orientated on the employability
- Spread of actions and transfer of the reference model and identified good practices in Europe.
- Creation of theLILAMA network
- Management plan for the maintenance of the LILAMA Network
The execution of the project began in 2009 and will be extended until the end of 2011.

In the context of the LILAMA project, the Lingua Empresa team has known at first hand 7 initiatives and developed projects in the area of East of England in field of language learning with professional aims, which can serve as an inspiration source and model for new initatives in our Community.
